Krásnu nedeľu želám všetkým ~ Už je to nejaký ten piatok, čo som prišla s ideou tohto článku. Vlastne to bolo niekoľko dní pred tým, čo som strávila prázdniny u tety a následne aj u prababky na dedine. Pôvodne som chcela tento príspevok napísať v tomto čase, avšak určite to mnohí z vás poznáte - na dedine sa vždy niečo deje a takmer vždy je potrebné s niečím pomôcť. Primárne vtedy, ak tam nechodíte často.

Takže sa k tomuto článku dostávam až dnes. Pokiaľ ho rozliknete, nájdete v ňom 21+ ideí na sebalásku, ktoré vám pomôžu zbaviť sa stresu a upokojiť vašu dušu. Samozrejme, postupovala som primárne podľa toho, čo najlepšie funguje na mňa a moju dušu. Nie je to návod, ktorý bude platiť pre všetkých, avšak môžete sa ním inšpirovať :)

Hello my lovely little licornes ~ It has been quite a time since I had come up with an idea for this article. It had been that time when I had gone on holiday to my aunt and then to my great-grandma at a village. I had wanted to write it during the time I had been spending there, but most of you probably know, that at the village, there is always something happening. And there always will be things to get done - especially when you don´t go there very often.

So I decided to finish this article today. If you continue the reading, you will see 21+ self-care ideas to de-stress and relieve yourself and sooth your soul. Of course, I was inspired primarily by me and by the things which help to soothe my soul. It is not a tutorial suitable for everyone, but you can be at least inspired :)

1. kreslenie, maľovanie, čmáranie si
2. písanie / čítanie kníh, časopisov ..
3. prepisovanie zaujímavých vecí, citátov, tipov a nápadov (tumblr je v tomto naozaj skvelý pomocník! :))
5. upratovanie - nielenže prídete na iné myšlienky a upracete si priestor, v ktorom trávite väčšinu času, ale tiež budete v pohybe

1. drawing, painting, doodling
2. writing, reading a book, magazine ..
3. rewriting interesting things, quotes, tips, ideas (tumblr can be very helpful in this case! :))
4. watching a movie, series, anime ..
5. tidying up - you will gain the new thoughts, clean the space you live most of the time at and you will also keep moving

6. vytriedenie starého oblečenia/kozmetiky - zbavovanie sa nepotrebných vecí je jedna z mojich najobľúbenejších aktivít, pretože zároveň cítim, že sa zbavujem aj nepotrebnej energie a nechávam priestor novým veciam a možnostiam vstúpiť do môjho života
7. deň sebalásky - deň venovaný iba starostlivosti o seba - plátenková či iná pleťová maska, úprava obočia, manikúra, pleťový alebo telový peeling, očisťujúci relaxačný kúpeľ, vlasové masky a zábaly ...
8. prechádzka - či už osamoste, s kamarátom, spriaznenou dušou, rodičmi alebo domácim zvieratkom
9. hra so zvieratkom - veď sa len pozrite na tie rozjasnené a radostné očká! To je ozajstný balzam pre dušu.
10. zababuš sa a odpočívaj - psychické vyťaženie nie je sranda! Ak už sa skutočne cítim na pokraji svojich síl, dám si šlofíčka, popr. idem spať skôr, vypnem akúkoľvek elektroniku a odpojím sa od sveta.

6. sorting the old clothing/cosmetics - getting rid of the unnecessary stuff is one of my the most favourite activity because I feel like throwing away also some negative or unnecessary energy with it. On the contrary, I let the new things to come.
7. self-care day - a day dedicated only to yourself - sheet or any other mask, grooming the eyebrows, manicure, skin or body peeling, relaxing bath, hair mask and balms ...
8. a walk - all alone by yourself, with your friend, a soulmate, parents or with a pet
9. playing with your pet - just look at those brightened and happy eyes! It´s a real balm for the soul.
10. cuddle yourself and rest - mental burnt out isn´t fun! If you really feel like on a verge of strength, I will take a nap or go to sleep sooner. I also turn off every single electronic device around me and get unplugged from the virtual world.

11. daj si niečo zdravé alebo pokojne aj nejakú maškrtu - dôležité je dávať si pozor na množstvo. Ak už je mi ale naozaj veľmi zle, na takéto veci nemyslím pokiaľ viem, že napr. balíček gumených cukríkov mi zaručene zlepší náladu :)
12. pitný režim - nezabudni svoje telo hydratovať aj zvnútra a pravidelne!
13. prezeranie pinterestu, tumblru, we♥it ... - motivácia, inšpirácia, pekné estetické obrázky ..
14. počúvanie hudby, klasickej hudby
15. cvičenie, strečing

11. eat something healthy or even something not that much - what is important is to moderate the amount. But when I feel very down, I don´t care and if a pack of some gummies make me feel better, I just eat it whole :)
12. drinking regime - don´t forget to hydrate your body also from the inside and often!
13. browsing pinterest, tumblr, we♥it ... - motivation, inspiration, nice aesthetic pictures ..
14. listening to music, classical music
15. working out, stretching

16. polievanie kvetov
17. vyrozprávanie sa samej sebe - keďže v mojej rodine prakticky nik nie je v angličtine zručný, rozprávanie sa so samým sebou v tomto jazyku je akési jednoduchšie
18. plač - ak už naozaj neviete, ako ďalej a čím sa vyventilovať, v mnohých prípadoch pomôže aj očisťujúci plač
19. Youtube - cute kpop idols, zvieratká, nová hudba, relácie ..
20. zavolaj kamošku/kamoša von - alebo ešte lepšie, k sebe a vymyslite si zaujímavý plán, ako spoločne stráviť deň

16. watering the plants
17. talking to yourself - since no one in my family speaks English, I like to talk to myself in this language. It seems simpler.
18. cry it out - in case that you don´t know any other way how to ventilate yourself, cry everything out. It will cleanse your soul.
19. Youtube - cute kpop idols, animals, new kind of music, reality shows ..
20. call you friend outside - or even better! Invite him/her at yourself and make a plan on how you can spend the day together

21. meditácia, hlboké dýchanie
22. vstávanie skôr - deň je tak oveľa dlhší a produktívnejší, vďaka čomu sa cítite oveľa lepšie
23. káva, čaj - šálka lahodnej, mnou robenej, kávy je pre mňa akýsi ranný a poobedný must-have rituál
24. odpojenie všetkej techniky - odpojenie sa od sveta, a primárne od sociálnych sietí, umožňuje mojej duši ozajstnú katarziu 
25. naplánovanie ďalšieho dňa - čo je potrebné stihnúť aby ste napríklad ostatné dni mohli oddychovať

21. meditation, deep breathing
22. waking up sooner - the day is this way longer and more productive thanks to what you will feel better
23. coffee, tea - a cup of a delicious, self-made, coffee which is somehow a morning and afternoon must-have ritual to me
24. unplug yourself - unplugging from the technical world, and primarily from the social media, helps me to feel the real catharsis
25. planning the next day - what is necessary to get done so you can enjoy a few free days in a row
